We went to Burley and visited some friends from Moscow. While we were there we stopped by DI (Deseret Industries). TJ found a Megellan 315 GPS unit for $5, with the owner's manual. It has a crack in the glass screen, but it works great. We took it on the road with us as we headed out to Haggerman. On our way we stopped by Balanced Rock and hiked to the top...
We also enjoyed the fossil rock beds and walking along the Oregon Trail.
At DI here in town, TJ found a pair of Bushell Excursion 8 x 28 binoculars with all the paperwork for $20. It's missing the protective eye piece on one side, but he called Bushnell customer service and they are sending a new pair of the protective eye covering for free!TJ helped an older gentleman move this morning and got a new Cummins 3000 watt Generator for $100. A brand new Skill Saw 2.3 hp, nice All Around Plus Shop Vac 4.5, and ionic air purifier for $40. We've decided, if you wait long enough for things you want you can get great deals on them!
