Moscow

We love Moscow!  We have wonderful memories up there, such as our first date, first kiss, where we got engaged, friends, and our alma mater.  Since TJ has family there, it's nice we get to go back and visit when we can.  TJ's grandpa's health is failing him, so we went up to visit with him and the rest of the family for a few days.  Tricia (TJ's mom) and Kerry (Aunt) have their birthdays a few days apart, so we had a BBQ and ice-cream cake to celebrate.

Cohen was in heaven playing with his cousins.  They all played hard every day by picking raspberries, creating and performing in a recycle band, playing at the playground, and getting creative with the stroller and the hill on the side of the house.  I was amazed at how well they all played.  It was really nice to have Mike come over with his girlfriend, Juliana.

We stayed with our good friends, the Schoenberg's.They are my Moscow parents, as I met Gail my freshman year and served as her counselor in the Stake Relief Society Presidency later.  They even came to Portland for our wedding.  They are still working on their new house and deck so we were able to help them one night.
