P90X

I'm finally getting back into exercise.  YEAH!  A friend and I are doing the P90X program 3 days a week to start out.  She is also trying to get rid of baby weight.  My goal is to be back at pre-pregnancy weight by our birthday in May.  I was in great shape a year ago, time to get back to it.

This was our second day....dang, I'm out of shape.  I was really soar yesterday.  The program is based on muscle confusion.  Every workout focuses on different muscles and intensity, mixing up cardio and strength.  It's tough, but I'm sticking with it and going to kick some butt.

I did P90X and loved it!! I got really great results too! My advice is that if you want to lose more pounds then do more cardio. If you follow the classic version you will lose inches and not many pounds. When I did it I didn't lose much weight (3 lbs) but I dropped 2 pant sizes. I hope that you enjoy it. It gets more fun after week 2!

Let me know how it works. I've been running on our treadmill and doing situps but I still can't seem to lose my belly fat this time around:)
