Birthdays

What a birthday weekend...even though our birthday wasn't until Sunday, we started early.  Cohen got to stay the night Friday at the Fathers and Sons Campout.  I'm told he had fun playing with friends and staying up late.  Although, he did get cold and woke up in the middle of the night a couple of times.  Both Cohen and Daddy were very tired when they came home.  I had a hot date Saturday night with my hubby.  He took me to dinner at a nice restaurant in town.  We sat outside on the patio overlooking the Snake River Canyon and eat some tasty steaks.  It was a very nice evening.

Cohen enjoyed waking up to birthday balloons Sunday morning.
Grammy and Grandpa Scott came for dinner and presents.  We got spoiled with lots of treats and yummy food.  We loved sitting in the shade of the tree and opening up our presents.  Cohen got some new 'Cars' games, book, swords, money, and Little People Race Track.  Thanks Grammy, Mommy & Daddy and Grandma & Grandpa.  I got money to go out for dinner, my great-grandmothers wedding ring and my first 3 years scrapbook my Mama put together.  It was a great loot.

I can't believe I'm 30 and my Cohen is 3!  He loves balloons and cars/trucks.  He loves to go, go, go on adventures!  He loves to sing.  These are some of his favorite songs; ABC, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, and Jesus Wants me for a Sunbeam.  He knows his colors about 80% of the time and can count to 13 consistently.  His verbal language has increased immensely over the past 6 months.  He loves to hide and play with his brother.
Happy Birthday to us!!!
