Mom and baby are still at the hospital. Things are going well enough, but not as well as needed. He has picked up the feeding thing pretty well today, but we are still waiting for a wet diaper to prove that the kidneys remember what their job is. There have been 2 already, but there has not been the frequency, nor the quantity desired.
We are also needing to get a 3rd hearing test done with a specialist. Round 1 was fail, fail. This was in part to him wanting to sleep and not caring what the rest of the world was doing. Round two was pass, fail. I'll angle for a 3rd test on site tomorrow, now that he has had time to get more acclimated.
His name is set. He will be known as Cohen Isaac Adams.

Cute name! I believe Wyatt failed his hearing test twice and I know Waylon failed once. I hope all the tests go well and that you can bring Cohen home soon.
My first failed it three times because she had too much vernix in her ears. She hears fine though (well, selectively hears fine). Hope everything starts improving so you can get your loves back home!
Congrats on little Cohen!!! And no worries, my little girl had to take the hearing test three times, too. She wanted to sleep or cry the first two times. She slept so much at first they kept taking her blood sugar levels, scary, but she's fine. Babies are stronger than people think.
Awesome name. You do realize that his initials are now CIA, right? Hope he doesn't lie to the Speaker of the House about enhanced interrogation techniques... ;)
