How to post a comment

We have received several comments from friends and family who are not yet familiar with how posting comments on a blog works. We hope to resolve those issues right now.

First, you will need to click on the link that says "0 comments." The number changes, so don't let this deter you from proceeding.

Next you will come to a page that looks like the following image. It is here that you can read any previous comments and write your own.

The final step is to correctly type the security code located just below the comment box. This is there to prevent automated computer programs from spamming blogs with ads and other rubbish. Note that your code will always be different, and that there is no need to remember the code. After you have typed this in, you will need to select how you want to sign your comments. If you are already set up with a Gmail or blogger login, you probably don't need this lesson. If you know what OpenID is, you are a nerd and also don't need this lesson.

The last two options are for the general public. The Name/URL option lets you add your name and a website address that you maintain. The last option should be obvious, though we hope that you will add some sort of signature to the post so that we can know who you are.

OK, now you are ready to give it a try! We will be posting some exciting news soon, so figure out how this works soon.

Hi Tennille!! (and TJ) I just came across your blog via the blogging grapevine...(ie Ben & Jade's blog) It's so great to see what you've been up to. If you're ever in the Seattle area you'll have to come visit- it would be great to see you again. Happy blogging!
